Self matters

One of the most important things we can remember as individuals is that we are responsible for our self belief, self confidence and self esteem, in fact we need to take responsibility for this for times when we find ourselves alone.

Our emotional health and well-being is just as important as our physical health as the mind and body are interlinked and mirror each other.

Low self-esteem, belief and confidence in ourselves can be the cause of anxiety and depression which in turn creates a corrosive downward cycle of negative thought, negative self-talk and even physical symptoms.
